There is always two sides to a story...The 2023 Forest River Grey Wolf 23DBH is 29.5 feet and not 27ft as the guest stated https://forestriverinc.com/rvs/grey-wolf/23DBH/7875 Electric jack and tow hitch are two different components. My tow hitch has a sway bar which is a safety feature that prevents side to side swaying. The electric jack is to make it easy to hitch and unhitch from the tow hitch. When the guest husband contacted me about the electric jack not going up and down and was stuck i gave him two options. 1st option was to put the jack in manually mode which i sent him a youtube link on how to do so. 2nd option was to bring the trailer back to me. Husband said i will get back to you and never did till they arrived to their camping destination that was 6 hours away. Customer failed to mention that he hung up on me twice and was cursing at me, I answered all of calls and facetimes in a timely manner, and he broke my policy by bringing his dog into my trailer when i do not allow pets. I did not charge him pet fee for bringing his dog. Customer never wanted any suggestions from me because he stated he is contractor and knew what he was doing. In my opinion customer broke my electric jack and then wanted me to compensate him for it. Outdoorsy rejected my claim.
