The RV was great. Very clean, and ran great. But more importantly Joseph, the owner, was wonderful. Friendly, nice, explained everything, and was very patient with all our questions. Even during the trip I needed to call him with a minor question and he again explained me through my concern. Upon my return, he was most concerned that I had a great trip.

We had a great experience with the trailer rental. Everything worked perfectly on the trailer, it was clean and very comfortable for us! Joseph was very professional and kept in communication with us for delivery and pickup and explained everything to operate on the trailer.
We highly recommend the rental and we plan to be back renting from Joseph again!

This RV was very clean, comfortable and cozy and the perfect size for two for a week of camping. The pop-out dinette was easy to use and made it very roomy (and would sleep a couple of small children easily) and the full size fridge was a big plus. The queen bed was very comfortable, the bathroom was clean and roomy for an RV, and the shower had a great shower head and hot water, a real treat after a day outside. We pulled the trailer with our Toyota Tacoma and it pulled well without problems. We had issues with the trailer batteries not holding a charge and Joseph was immediately responsive and very helpful. We camped without hookups and the generator was essential, especially if you camp in any shade and the solar panel is not in sun all day. Note that because of the way Outdoorsy lists amenities we misunderstood what was included so Joseph added a few items, but the renter will need to bring a coffee maker; plates, cups, and cutlery for the group; extra bedding; and basic cleaning items (bath soap, counter cleaner, etc.). Otherwise all was great and we would definitely rent from Joseph again.

The Jayco RV experience was top notch and gave our family an unforgettable trip to AZ, Sedona. Everything worked perfectly, and Joseph was a great host when it came to responding to our calls with our questions.

I enjoyed Joe’s trailer at our most recent stay. Joe answered all questions, made sure to advise on our chosen location, and came back to our site twice to help us get all set up. I appreciate his attentiveness. His trailer was easy to operate and clean.
