In July 2020, after learning our two daughters, then 6 and 9, could attend school virtually and my husband could work remotely, we planned a 100 day trip to 14 National Parks. We bought an RV and hit the road with our kids, our dog Annie, and even our hedgehog Sonic. It was truly life changing. What started as a once in a lifetime trip quickly became a lifestyle. We have continued exploring, including a 10 week trip out west, and have now visited 29 National Parks and countless state parks. Our girls soak up every second, and RV life brings everyone together through teamwork and a classic 90s feel. Today, we run Jacksonville RV Rentals with a growing fleet. I highly recommend Jacksonville RV. This was our first time to rent an RV. Erica was great. She explained everything beforehand, and when we forgot things as we were traveling, she was very quick to respond to help us out. We will definitely rent from her again if we decide to take another camping trip.

Erika promptly replied to messages prior to and during the rental. She needed to have a colleague hand off the keys but sent a video walk through of the van operation. The van was very clean and outfitted with all the necessary cook wear and bedding. We were staying at state parks with restrooms and showers so didn’t need to take advantage of the toilet and shower (also a little intimidated of the process to empty a cassette toilet). The van drove like a dream. Cooking meals in the kitchen was great. We love being able to travel with food in the fridge and able to stop anywhere to make a meal. We had quite the temperature fluctuation during our trip and the heater, vent fan and AC all worked great. Being used to camping in our Honda Pilot this is luxury camping for us. RV rentals costs aren’t cheap, but we’ll take eating, sleeping and exploring in natural areas over being in a fancy resort. Erika helped facilitate a very positive rental experience. We would do it again in a heart beat!

The van ran well and Erika was readily available for any problems that arose. Unfortunately, there were significant issues with the water system. We ended being without water for the majority of the trip and spent too much time trouble shooting with Erika, and to no resolve. Erika offered a small refund but we did not feel like it was in proportion with the inconvenience. There was also an overall lack of attention to detail when it came to van amenities. What was advertised as being part of the package didn't quite meet up to what was in the van. For example there was no coffee pots or coffee cups. There were no camp chairs, and although the bedding was included, the sheets were too small to use and there were no pillow cases. Overall we enjoyed the van experience, just wish it could have been a little less worrisome.

Yo-Yo is an excellent RV! There was more than enough room for myself, my brother-in-law and our two sons! Erika was a pleasure to work with. Very understanding and responsive. I would absolutely rent Yo-Yo again from Erika! We had a last-minute cancellation, and Erika came through with flying colors. I cannot thank her enough!

Fantastic RV and service. We had this RV delivered to Daytona International Speedway for the Rolex 24. The service was great and very responsive, and the RV was amazing. This RV will be part of our annual plans moving forward.

The booking was easy. The delivery was on time and the trailer was ready to use when we arrived to our location.
The trailer was well stocked, spacious and comfortable. We did need to purchase a mattress topper to make the bed more comfortable for our liking. There was a small water leak near the sink but since we were not using the trailer in that manner, it was not an inconvenience and the host answered promptly to the issue.
The check out was very easy and I appreciated so much there was not a lot of cleaning to do before our flight.
I would definitely rent from the host again. The host is very responsive, efficient, and considerate.
