Owner was quick to respond leading up to the pick up. Very helpful going over all the features of the RV. I did have some issues but chalk them up to operator error. The A/C when plugged in at the campsite is more than efficient. Practically froze us out until we finally got up to change the temp. And the mattress was impeccable

Our adventure in the Admiral Holiday Rambler was fantastic. It was easy to drive and once we got to our destination was a breeze to set up. We had a technical question and it’s always great when you call the company that you’re doing business with and they answer the phone. Can’t wait to reserve another RV.

Erika was great! Worked with my schedule on picking up and dropping off. Just easy. RV had zero issues. We'll rent from them again.

I highly recommend Jacksonville RV. This was our first time to rent an RV. Erica was great. She explained everything beforehand, and when we forgot things as we were traveling, she was very quick to respond to help us out. We will definitely rent from her again if we decide to take another camping trip.
