This rental trailer exceeded all our expectations! The unit was in very good condition—exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and fully equipped with everything we needed.
The amenities were fantastic, including wonderful unexpected touches like fresh ground coffee and filters for the coffee maker, plus welcome snacks that made us feel right at home.
Working with Carlos was an absolute pleasure. His communication was great; he was extremely responsive, helpful, and ensured we had everything we needed.
Logistics couldn't have been easier. The trailer was dropped off and picked up right on time, making the entire handoff seamless and stress-free.
We couldn't have asked for a better experience and would enthusiastically rent from Carlos again!

Carlos was great to work with and very friendly. His camper was the perfect size for a family of four with room to spare! He even parked the camper backwards just so that we could face the trailer towards my sister's RV. A bit of a hassle but he was so accommodating I would definitely rent again.

I do not normally leave reviews, but I have to take the time to write about the amazing level of service that my family and I were provided. Communication, friendliness, and cleanliness were all world-class. I would absolutely recommend my friends and family to work with Carlos. No offense to other hosts but, I can’t imagine any better service than what we experienced.

The RV was clean and roomy. Best part was Carlos when he delivered the trailer to our camp spot he set everything up and took time to show and explain the in’s and out’s of the trailer. Communication with Carlos was always prompt. He was very kind , friendly and professional. We look forward to renting from Carlos in the future. I highly recommend him!

We had the best family camping trip!! It was mostly due to the incredible service provided by Carlos Ochoa. He kept every promise he made about a fully functional trailer, delivery process and the extra equipment I asked for that we would not have had the room to bring with us. The trailer was spotless and super comfortable for the six of us that went. He thought through everything we would need for an amazing trip. So much so that I am planning to use him again for next years trip. He even saved our hide as we arrived to the campground after check in hours. I panicked a bit because I didn't know how we were going to access the trailer. He thought through that as well and made sure we had access to the trailer so we could get a good nights rest and check in the following morning. Huge relieve. His check process could not have been easier for my family. Bottom line, it was exceptional service and I plan to use him exclusively for years to come!! Thank you, Carlos for an amazing trip!!!

My family and I rented an RV from Juan Carlos to celebrate my brother’s 40th birthday, and the experience was fantastic! The booking was easy, Juan Carlos was incredibly helpful, and the RV was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. He conveniently dropped it off at Oceano Dunes and picked it up afterward, making everything completely stress-free. We truly appreciate the amazing customer service! Thank you, Juan Carlos! And will be renting from him again! Highly recommended!
