This was our first experience renting an RV and we had a really great one! I really like that everything was delivered and set up for us, the host explained everything and we were able to enjoy our stay comfortably. The rv came equipped with stuff we’d need and it was big and comfortable enough for our family of 7.

Perfect RV and amazing customer service. Juan Carlos was extremely friendly and helpful. We will definitely refer them to our friends and look forward to using them next year for our yearly trip to Lopez.

Great RV, everything was set up for us by Juan, everything was very well equipped, very clean, very convenient, very easy and affordable. The best part was the help and hospitality provided by Juan. Will definitely rent again.

Beautiful RV in excellent condition. Perfect as a little extra guest house for a family visit, it was so fun for them to stay in a camper and had everything they needed - bedroom, kitchen, bathroom! Juan Carlos was an amazing host, so easy to work with and it’s clear he takes great care of it. Would definitely recommend and use again!

This was a ripoff! The platform was difficult to navigate. It booked the trailer when it wasn’t my intention. When I tried to cancel within 24 hours it said it was final and there were no refunds. The bunk beds had a one and a half inch thin foam pad on plywood that was impossible for an adult to sleep on and this was not disclosed. Then there were $442 of additional charges that were added on that were not disclosed before booking. I will never use Outdoorsy again and contest the charges.

Juan Carlos was very informative and a great host for our family get away. He was very responsive and helpful when I was looking for a trailer to accommodate our family’s needs for the weekend. There was plenty of room, and the RV was perfect to camp on the beach! He definitely lives up to his slogan, The Best in Town and he will set up and pick up which is so helpful when camping on the beach! We definitely will be back to rent again on our next family get away!!

What a great value! This trailer comes with all the essentials. It was super clean inside and comfortable. Plenty of seating inside and everything worked perfectly. The best part was the customer service. Juan was very responsive and helpful. I will book this trailer again for our family trip.

Juan was very professional. Drop off time was at 3p, but he was already there and completed the set up by the time we arrived. The trailer was clean, comfortable and with nice amenities. I highly recommend him and will definitely use him again.

Juan was very accommodating to our needs and was very quick to respond to my questions. The best part about his service was he came out to check on an issue we had and fixed it right away. I will definitely rent from him again when we visit CA again! He takes care of his trailer and exceeded our expectations. Highly recommend!

This was our first time camping in a trailer and we will absolutely do it again- Juan Carlos was the BEST! The trailer was clean, comfortable and we couldn't believe how well it kept sound out- we all slept great! I would 10/10 recommend renting a trailer/RV from Juan Carlos- his communication and helpfulness was everything and his guidance and suggestions made our trip better than it would have been had we rented elsewhere. If you are camping with out hookups- ABSOLUTELY add on the generator, and regardless of hook-ups, add on the Blackstone- we may even buy a Blackstone after this trip because it was so awesome to cook on. We will 100% rent from Juan Carlos again. Highly recommended!

Juan Carlos was a wonderful host! Very detailed, quick to respond, friendly and informative. The RV was immaculate and he was punctual on the delivery. He had everything set up for us when we arrived and explained how to operate everything. We had an amazing time and we will definitely rent from him again in the future.

Weekend trip to Ocean Dunes was a success thanks to this RV. Juan Carlos was an amazing host! He went above and beyond. Drop off was a breeze. On one day, it got really windy which caused the sand around the jacks to blow away, causing them to fall over. Juan Carlos was out on the dunes in less the 30 minutes, putting them back up. A second time the following day, the microwave became inoperable and again, Juan Carlos was back out on the dunes in less than 30 mins delivering a microwave even after I told him there was no need (since I felt bad that it was late, approx 11pm). And then proceeded to refill the fresh water tank while he was there. Both of my “issues” were out of Juan Carlos’ control but he fixed them almost immediately which is the most I’ve ever gotten from any host. The RV was clean, well stocked, easy to use, and 8 adults slept comfortably. Pick up was a breeze. Great experience! Will definitely rent this RV again!
