Originally I was trying to book with a different host which was not responsive. Through Outdoorsy marketing, Katherine knew I was looking for specific dates, etc. and reached out to me! At first I thought it was an aggressive marketing strategy and wanted to ignore the inquiry, but I am so glad I responded to it!!!! Katherine was super responsive and answered any questions I had, etc. The entire experience was nothing short of perfect! If you rent from K&M, you will be doing yourself a favor!We also rented their 4 seater golf cart and this one is not only a head turner, but was brand new and of course worked perfectly!K&M operated with extreme professionalism and their customer service and support is how every company should operate!
If I ever stay in the area they service again, I will definitely be a repeat customer!!!

The camper was cozy and provided a lovely stay! It was clean and ready for us upon arrival. My only suggestion is having better instructions for guests. Even though K&M were always available when we called or texted. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely be back again.

Thank you so much for renting with us at K&M American Dream Rentals LLC. We usually do a walk through with all of our guests when we deliver the RV at 3 pm so that way we can answer any questions they may have unfortunately my Husband was waiting there for you until 5 PM for you to arrive, but since you were arriving later than that, he was unable to continue waiting to do the walk through with you.We do look forward to hosting you and your family again on your next Camping adventure and definitely having a walk through with you to answer any questions you may have.Sincerely ,

Our stay was amazing. Host was excellent with communication and was punctual. Trailer was very clean and everything was in perfect working order.Excellent water heater.

Excellent beds.Our 6 person gold cart was amazing as well.Already planning to book our second trip!

Katherine was extremely responsive throughout pre-booking, booking and while on the trip! The RV was great! And Manny was super friendly. We would definitely recommend booking through their company K & M American dream rentals to others.

The rv was amazing. Katherine was great, excellent communication, answered all my questions, the rv had everything we needed. Would definitely rent from them again. It was a wonderful experience

Great experience! with super responsive Host!
Katherine was quick to respond to questions, and the trailer was spotless and well kept. So nice to just walk in and have everything set up! Also rented the golf cart and had so many people aske where we got it...MUCH nicer than the ones being rented at the facility.Ther grey wolf is a really nice and comfortable trailer, but the manufacturer claim that it "sleeps 10" is a stretch...We had 3 senior adults and 3 large dogs, and it was perfect- everyone had their own space. But no way it would be comfortable with 10.Biggest downside of the trip was that we were competing at a big Agility competition, and so we didn't get to enjoy it that much! Huge thank to Katherine and her crew We will be looking them up next year !
