⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ FIVE STARS ISN’T ENOUGH — THIS IS THE GOLD STANDARD FOR RVRENTALS
I almost never write reviews this enthusiastic, but K&M American Dream Rentals LLC deserves every single word of it. If Outdoorsy allowed me to give them 10 stars—or 100—I would. I have dealt with plenty of businesses over the years, and I can genuinely say that the level of service Katherine and her husband provided was extraordinary. This wasn’t simply an RV rental. From beginning to end, they treated us like we were their most important customers.
First, the RV was absolutely immaculate. Not just “rental clean”—I mean spotless, pristine, beautifully maintained, and exceptionally well cared for. Everything was exactly as represented, everything worked perfectly, and the RV was incredibly comfortable. You could immediately see the pride they take in their equipment and their business. But the RV itself is only half the story.
The service is what absolutely blew me away.
Katherine and her husband CONTACTED ME EVERY SINGLE DAY to check on us and make sure everything was perfect. Every day! They wanted to know if we needed anything, whether everything was working properly, and whether there was anything we needed

We had the BEST time! From start to finish, they handled everything. All we had to do was arrive and make the most of our time. The camper was perfect. Katherine and her husband were awesome hosts. Both were professional, friendly, and provided excellent customer service. Highly recommend.

This was our first RV experience and we couldn't have asked for a better introduction! The team was prompt with delivery and took real time walking us through everything — no question was too small, and we felt completely comfortable and prepared before they left.

Katherine helped make our camping trip so memorable! The RV was amazing. It was so nice to be able to come back to the campsite after a long day outdoors and be able to sit inside the RV and hang out! Katherine was great to deal with and always responded quickly to my questions. I brought 8 girls with me, and everyone was comfortable and enjoyed the comforts of having an RV, instead of cramming into a tent in freezing weather! Thank you, Katherine!
