The perfect first time van rental for us, truly plug & play. Bed was comfy/cozy, everything was easy to use, the large refrigerator was great! Jacob was incredibly easy to work and was able to be flexible with our last-minute schedule. Definitely recommend.

Enchanted was perfect for our trip! It had everything we needed and more. We went to 4 national parks in 5 days and it ran perfectly! We had rented a different van for a previous trip and this one was so much better. It drives great, and the reverse cam and blind spot mirrors are game changers. It has lots of storage space, feels spacious and well thought-out. We had a small problem with the battery and Jacob was very communicative and helped us fix it within minutes. I do wish we had known beforehand about ways to preserve the battery life as we were off grid for our trip and didn’t know that certain things like the induction stove drain the battery faster (so you could use the gas cooker to preserve battery). Other than that we had no issues and would absolutely rent from Jacob again! :)

We had a great trip, visited Albuquerque, Santa Fe, Bandelier National Monument, and Chaco Canyon. The van was equipped with everything that we needed. It was thoughtfully designed, it is very spacious and has plenty of cabinets and storage.

Easy pick up and drop off. Came with clear instructions. Even provided extra calling chairs, table and household items. Ride was smooth and perfect for our 3 day weekend.

Jacob met us at the airport and shared his lovely van and knowledge of his home state. The rest of our trip was more of the same. I had a few questions throughout our visit and Jacob was quick to respond with a suggestion or help. The van was great for my son and I. We especially loved the large cooler which we could use to keep or cherry ginger ale cold to enjoy at the end of the day!

Jake is a great host! Excellent communication, very clear and helpful. This was our first time in a camper van and it was an awesome experience! The ride was smooth, all the plugs and storage make it easy traveling. 10/10! Looking to buy one of our own now!!

Jacob was a excellent host, good communication and information about the van prior to our trip. Flexible with meetup times, and accommodating to our flights in and out of the Airport, and a through walk thru upon arrival. The van was GREAT!, everything we needed it to be and more. Plenty of off grid power, large comfortable bed, provided all the basics for cooking/traveling/camping etc. Van itself ran great with no issues or worries, plenty of power/smooth ride. Really could not have asked for anything more. Would easily request to rent again when back in the area.

Our host Jake exceeded our expectations in so many great ways. He was very flexible in helping us adjust our schedule when he had every right to not do so.
He is a clear communicator who always responded to my queries promptly. His van is exactly as advertised.....cozy but super comfortable (great bed). It has all the cooking and cleaning supplies required and it drove and runs perfectly.
I cannot recommend Jake and Jen enough as hosts for your next NM adventure.

Perfect in every way! The van is lovely, comfy, driver-friendly. I had everything i needed to be relaxed and enjoy every minute of the beautiful open space that i longed for.
The host, Jacob was also perfect in every way. A gentleman, he answered the phone on a holiday, and he solved a hiccup or two that i had. It was my first solo van excursion in unknown lands.....I recommend the ENCHANTMENT on every level - it was enchanting....
I don't know how to download photos - old-school gal - but you should get out there and take your own pics if you are interested! THANK YOU JACOB!!!!

Enchanted was the perfect Van for my 10 day, 3000 mile National and State Park road trip through the southwest! It drove well, sleeping was great for one person, and I loved that I could cook outside OR inside if I wanted to. The fridge/freezer (customizable) was amazing as well. One trip to the grocery store and I was set! Jacob was very helpful and great to deal with, and answered many questions before I left. I would love to rent this van again!
