5.0The perfect first time van rental for us, truly plug & play. Bed was comfy/cozy, everything was easy to use, the large refrigerator was great! Jacob was incredibly easy to work and was able to be flexible with our last-minute schedule. Definitely recommend.

5.0Enchanted was perfect for our trip! It had everything we needed and more. We went to 4 national parks in 5 days and it ran perfectly! We had rented a different van for a previous trip and this one was so much better. It drives great, and the reverse cam and blind spot mirrors are game changers. It has lots of storage space, feels spacious and well thought-out. We had a small problem with the battery and Jacob was very communicative and helped us fix it within minutes. I do wish we had known beforehand about ways to preserve the battery life as we were off grid for our trip and didn’t know that certain things like the induction stove drain the battery faster (so you could use the gas cooker to preserve battery). Other than that we had no issues and would absolutely rent from Jacob again! :)

How many miles do I get for free?

With your rental you get 200 miles per night for FREE! So, if you rent a campervan for 10 nights, you will get 2,000 miles for free. Additional miles over the 200 miles per night would be charged upon your return at 35 cents per mile.

What kind of fuel does the van need?
A.
Enchanted runs on gasoline. The heater runs on diesel. Both can be found at most gas stations. Please refill them before returning the van

What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?
A.
Pick up is from 4PM - 9PM and drop of is 6AM to 9AM. Just let me know the exact time so I make sure I am there when you are.

Why won’t the headlights turn off when the van turns off?
A.
When you turn off the van, it continues to power the headlights and internal electronics until the driver’s door is opened. If you are not planning on exiting the van from the driver door, simply open and close the driver door and the electronics will turn off.
