TERRIFIC experience!!! Nick and his terrific wife were so responsive and answered all of our first-timer questions immediately. They made the pick up easy, and were available by text if anything came up. My kids and i had a wonderful time in their RV and would rent again from them.

Camping in the coastal redwoods during a rainy spring break was made possible by Nick and his nifty pop-up van. Communication was quick and he was even able to change our dates for us when we booked the wrong month at first, no problem. The van has plenty of storage and comes with kitchen utensils and bedding, though we brought a kettle, an elastic clothesline to dry our towels, and our own down sleeping bags. We were snug and warm with the propane heater, the pop-up fit the kids and even the adults slept up there a few nights in comfort (the pop top mattress is pleasantly more supportive). The 6 & 8 YO kids had plenty of room in the seats even with one in a booster with cup holders. It was easy to hook up to power and water, and we even took a shower in the back one of the days. We stayed in Fort Bragg, Humboldt SP and Prairie Creek SP. Visited downtown Arcata, Eureka Zoo and Humboldt Bay Refuge. Highlights were being able to open the back doors and have coffee with a view, being able to park anywhere in town, enjoying a hot chocolate/tea after a rainy hike right at the trailhead, and being able to drive trails that prohibit RVs in the state and national parks. If you’re looking for a solid roof and quick set up/tear down, but also want to connect and be in your surroundings, this is a great fit for young families and couples alike.

The camper van was in great condition, ran well, and suited our needs perfectly. Nick was responsive and helpful throughout the process. We’d definitely rent again!

I had an excellent experience with the RV rental, and Nick made it all the more enjoyable. He was super accommodating and easy to get in touch with, answering all of my questions about the RV promptly before I even booked. When it came time to pick up the RV, Nick walked me through all the details, taking extra time to explain everything since this was my first time RVing.

Nick was very communicative from the moment we pressed “Submit” to rent. We rented the van for 10 days for a family of four, two adults and two kids (6 yo and 10 month) for our Cali adventure. We went to Yosemite, King’s Canyon/Sequoia National Park, Huntington Beach, Pismo Beach, Big Sur and Santa Cruz. If we do another adventure like this, I’d definitely rent from him again! Van was super clean upon pick up and he went over all the controls and “how to” work the van before you leave so be sure to allocate some time for that and for signing paperwork. I’ll admit, I was hesitant at first renting the van with the kids but it was perfect! Thanks for sharing your camper van with us!

Nick was great to rent from . He went over everything thoroughly when we picked the van up and answered a few questions I had when on the road . Renting the van was seamless and I will definitely be renting from Nick in the future

Hosts are very responsive and flexible about timing. They were clear with directions about how to use features of the van. The van was a great size for 3 people (2 adults and a teen) - sleeping spaces were really comfortable. The van is easy to drive and park. Good storage spaces inside - including refrigerator. Overall, a great value!
