BUYER BEWARE A working bathroom was a primary reason we chose this van for a Yosemite trip with my mother. On pickup day, Nick substituted a prerecorded YouTube walkthrough for an in-person one. He disclosed that the van had returned from a prior rental in rough shape, the toilet wasn't working properly, and indicated he'd make it right at drop-off. We'd already driven from Oregon. After watching it, I texted, "We can workout out the bathroom refund once we're back." He replied, "Sounds good." That video later became unavailable. The toilet required adding water with the shower hose and later wouldn't close, exposing the black tank and producing an odor. My mother stopped using it. The pop-top screens also had openings that let insects in. Nick acknowledged in writing the broken toilet button and preexisting screen cuts. At return, we discussed a refund face-to-face. My recollection is Nick proposed 75%; he disputes that detail. I accepted, we shook hands, and I left believing it was resolved. Three days later he reversed his position and called the bathroom "100% functional." Photograph everything, report issues immediately through Outdoorsy; don't rely on a handshake.

We had an outstanding time - we give the vehicle and the hosts the highest rating possible! The van was great - easy to drive/maneuver, super comfortable sleeping, black out shades allowed us to sleep in, lots of storage space, and easy to get the hang of all the controls. And the hosts are awesome! Did a great job explaining everything and extremely responsive and helpful generally. Have been recommending this van and the hosts to all our friends. Awesome trip all around!!

Wonderful little RV!! So easy to drive and park! Everything worked, including the fridge, which is often a problem with RVs. Great communication with Nick. Beds and pillows were comfortable.

Can’t say enough about the experience. Everything went smoothly during our 2-wk, 2000 mi national park adventure. The RV was perfect for our family of 4. Communication with Nick was excellent.

Nick was an awesome host. Answered questions promptly and anticipated questions not asked yet. We took the camper (named it St.Nick's Sleigh) into Yosemite and it fit in everywhere - perfect size. It gave us a place to chill after hikes and hunker down for the night with homecooked meals. Four adults fit in fine for 9 days. Was a great experience made better by Nick. Highly recommend.
