Unfortunately, this was definitely not a good FIRST TIME experience. We were EXTREMELY disappointed in how dirty the unit was when we received it: it was not vacuumed, there was dirt and grass in the frig, we wondered if interior front window had ever been cleaned, trash left in trash can from previous use, toilet not cleaned.....

Excellent RV!!!!!! We loved every part of it. It was easy to use and drive. Plenty of space for 4 people and with all the amenities. Matt was great to work with, easy to talk to and always available by text. Could not have asked for a better trip!!!

Everything went smoothly! Matt was available in case of issues, which definitely made us feel better, but we did not need to utilize him. Pick up, set up, use, and return were all a breeze! Would definitely use again.
