Host was easy going and good to work with.

Unfortunately, this was definitely not a good FIRST TIME experience. We were EXTREMELY disappointed in how dirty the unit was when we received it: it was not vacuumed, there was dirt and grass in the frig, we wondered if interior front window had ever been cleaned, trash left in trash can from previous use, toilet not cleaned..... On several occasions, we had difficulty getting the generator started, sometimes it would than die, and other times it would run fine. The water pressure continued to be a problem. Water would come out and then stop or trickle and then start up again, but we never had constant pressure. Quite frequently when driving, we noticed a methane smell (from waste system). The smoke detectors went off early one morning while sleeping and had to remove batteries out of detectors to stop it. We were notified just prior to our trip that the main awning was broken, and the day of pickup were notified some shades were broken, and the black waste water indicator was not correctly working. Communication with owner up front (prior to trip) was not great but had no issues during our travel. We also thought when we booked that the mileage allowed per day was 250 but in reality was only 150 miles per day. This seems unreasonable for the cost of unit considering it is meant for travel; be prepared to add .50/mile beyond as well as additional billing on generator use (if you can keep it running). Positives: the RV had comfortable front seats and it handled very well!

Excellent RV!!!!!! We loved every part of it. It was easy to use and drive. Plenty of space for 4 people and with all the amenities. Matt was great to work with, easy to talk to and always available by text. Could not have asked for a better trip!!!

Everything went smoothly! Matt was available in case of issues, which definitely made us feel better, but we did not need to utilize him. Pick up, set up, use, and return were all a breeze! Would definitely use again.
