We had three different owners cancel on us, which put us needing an RV last minute. Cierra was very quick to respond and had the unit ready to pick up when we needed it. It was super clean and very comfortable and exactly what we needed. Cierra was flexible with our timeline and very communicative and friendly. She turned what started out as a frustrating first experience with Outdoorsy into a great experience.

This trailer was stunning. It was really roomy and the bed was super comfortable! We would definitely rent again.

This trailer is brand new & one of the best layouts we’ve ever rented! So roomy & functional for our family of 3. Cierra was so responsive, kind & very flexible. She went above and beyond during the entire process. Overall experience was 10/10 and already looking forward to renting from her again!
