5.0We had three different owners cancel on us, which put us needing an RV last minute. Cierra was very quick to respond and had the unit ready to pick up when we needed it. It was super clean and very comfortable and exactly what we needed. Cierra was flexible with our timeline and very communicative and friendly. She turned what started out as a frustrating first experience with Outdoorsy into a great experience.
