Really everything was great other than the doors didn’t lock and the slide out didn’t work. But Brent and Nicole were great to work with and sent a technician out so that our stay was comfortable.

We had the absolute BEST experience with communication, delivery, assistance, and pick up. We used this trailer on a dirt bike trip and had flow in and Nicole went ABOVE and BEYOND to make sure we had everything we needed. The trailer was beautiful, clean, comfortable, and had everything! I felt I could reach out to Nicole any time but the trailer was so easy to use, we did not have to. I will say, Nicole and her husband went out of there way to bring / pick up the trailer in a more remote area and we couldn't be more grateful. They even helped us with something they didn't even have to help us with but that shows how awesome they are (thank you!). BOOK THIS TRAILER!!!! It is hands down one of the BEST units I have ever rented. If I could give 10 stars I would :)

The host was great, they were very accommodating, dropped the trailer off where requested, did a run through with everything, good people! I would do this again!
