The rental was very easy and straight-forward. Coupled with freindly and knowledgable staff, this rental ended in happy memories. As a first timer, I was explained the essentials, how much weight I could tow, what size hitch I needed, the functions of an RV Trailer, etc... My family will be returning customers.

We rented for a week and had a great experience. The vehicle fit 2 adults and 4 kids. The vehicle was low mileage, in good condition and as advertised. We appreciated excellent customer service from Moises. He gave good advice and responded quickly. The vehicle helped make our trip exceptional.

Rented a 2024 Entegra Odyssey 30z RV for a few days and it was a great experience! We made the reservation online through their website and it was a very smooth process. Pickup was easy as well and they gave very good instruction to first time RVers on the ins and outs of the RV. RV was clean and well prepared. Drop off was simple as well. Will definitely rent again from a Family Affair! Thank you
