Great experience with a great compny! Chill RV help me with every aspect that i needed, specially because i came from another country!
Great experiencie, with an excellent RV with everything you need. The delivery at the point was perfect and Nikka was very helpfull explainign some of our doubts!

Chill RV are some pretty easy folks to deal with and the Revel was super easy and comfortable to drive. Loved the adaptive cruise control on the LA freeways! Added the bike rack and the converter bars to make bringing some e-bikes easy. Had some trouble finding just regular "Diesel #2" for refueling. Stopped at a few places with various bio-blends on the pump before finding a correct pump labeled as "Diesel #2".

This is the first time I rent an RV and I am really glad that I choose Chill RV. The vehicle was clean and well prepared for the trip. The team was very professional and friendly. Nika walked me through the vehicle during the delivery and she is available 24/7 to answer any questions we have. We had a great time and will definitely rent from Chill RV again in the future.

Rented this Revel campervan built on the Mercedes Sprinter chasis. Perfect for my photo trip to Salton Sea and Borrego Springs. Communication with Chill RV was good. Nika was reachable for questions. They delivered the RV early, which gave me extra time for packing. The power bed lift made gear storage a breeze. the bug screens on both the read doors and the side door made for great, bug free, cross ventilation. A few minor issues. Exhaust fan in bathroom was not working and I'm fortunate to have been solo as the passenger air bag had a warning on the system information screen. One minor issue I had with this particular year Mercedes. The dash info screen is hard to read during the day. Maximum illumination showed the speed OK but info like cruise control status were impossible to read. Still, overall, this was a great vehicle and a good owner rep company to deal with.

You need not look further than Chill RV. These guys are beyond thorough, thoughtful, responsive and a pleasure to work with. The Revel is AMAZING and We can't wait to rent it again to continue our adventures. Thank you Jane and Nika! You guys are the best!

Four of us took a trip to Joshua Tree to do some hiking and stargazing. We used the bbq and the kitchen to cook our meals and found the RV to be well equipped. The heater worked well too, kept us nice and warm. We did have some operating questions, so the on board iPad was handy. Nice to be able to find answers quickly. Cell connection was a little spotty in Joshua Tree, but of course, that's to be expected. The RV was conveniently delivered to my house. We loved it so much, already booked another trip!

Our experience with Nikkia’s RV was outstanding. John dropped off the RV for us and gave a full and thorough tutorial of all the critical logistics in addition to the library of “how tos” on the iPad and Nikka provided immediate responses for any additional questions. Pick up was just as seamless and easy - John is a delight. The RV was terrific with a fully stocked kitchen and everything we needed plus add on amenities for an amazing family vacation. The diesel RV ran so well and was very efficient we just loved it! We named her Melanie the Merc 😉.
