5I cannot even begin to thank Nika enough for the experience that she allowed me to give my boys, ages 8 and 5, the first week of June. My oldest son was begging me to rent an RV and take a road trip and, after a bunch of research, I ended up messaging Nika to see if any vehicles were available. The booking process was incredibly easy, Nika was helpful answering all of my questions, and I really loved the fact that I was given access to the instructional videos ahead of time. On the day of our RV delivery, I felt incredibly comfortable during my walk-through thanks to the videos that Nika had recorded. They were easy to follow, easy to remember, and I glided through the tour of the RV in person. The vehicle itself was clean, spacious, comfortable, easy to drive, and stocked with all necessary items and had plenty of storage. My boys and I drove from Los Angeles to the Grand Canyon, from the Grand Canyon to Santa Fe, from Santa Fe to Denver, Denver down to Moab, Moab to Las Vegas, and Las Vegas home...in 1 week. It was the trip and experience of a lifetime - and we've committed to doing this every year, using Chill RV as our go-to!

5We flew into LA from Boston for a national park road trip and Chill RV provided us with everything we could have possibly needed for our 3 week trip. Nika and Alex were awesome. The RV orientation was easy to understand and, when we forgot what to do, Nika was only a text message away. The Winnebago View that we rented was in great shape, clean, well equipped, easy systems, comfortable beds and bedding. The RV was easy to drive and pretty good on gas. This is a great company. We highly recommend them.

How do the electric, water and sewage hook up work while setting up at the campground?
A.
We have full instructional videos available on Youtube as well as on the iPad that will come in the RV. We also have QR codes throughout the RV so you can easily access the instructional videos. The RV is 30amps but we supply all the adapters you may need.
Q.
Are there any special tricks and tips that would help with operating the RV easily?
A.
Yes, watch our online training videos prior to getting the RV for the best user experience. :)

What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?
A.
A night of reservation is 24 hours, so whatever time you pick up the RV will be the same time that the RV is due back. For example 12pm-12pm. If you would like to extend the reservation by a couple of hours, you may do so with prior notice at $20 per hour. Earliest pick up is 8:30am, latest return is 8pm.

Do you allow the RV to be taken to Burning Man?
