Our experience had us on the side of the road with a flat and a broken axel. Luckily for us a trucker saw the flat tire and told us to pull over. Turned out we didn't just have a flat tire, we also had a broken axel. We were traveling with friends and they were of great help. The owner just told us to call Outdoorsy, but luckily our friends were able to help us. We got to our campsite on 3 tires (none of which matched). Once at the site a mechanic came out to look at it. He said the axel was bad when we left and that the trailer needed a whole new axel. It would take the week that we were there to get it fixed. As he was fixing it he told us that the other axel was also dry and had absolutely no grease. The topping on the cake was that the lighter for the stove was broken (there was a lighter in the drawer), no pot holders, no rags, no dishtowels, sponges, or dish soap to wash dishes. No hand towels or hand soap in the bathroom. We are driving almost 800 miles to camp with friends for a week, this is why we rent, I shouldn't have to bring my supplies with me that I will be needing to make my trip doable. I did ask for towels and linens for 4 people, I got 4 bath towels and sheets. This experience was horrible.

Carlos was great to work with especially being a newbie to the RV community. He made feel confident that we could do this that made the trip comfortable and relaxing. Highly recommend Carlos when renting a camper

I want to highly recommend this camper and Carlos. From the very beginning I had what felt like a million questions before I even decided to rent, and he answered every single one without hesitation. His customer service was on another level. That same kindness and patience continued all the way through the trip. When he dropped the camper off, he took his time walking me through everything and made sure I felt confident and comfortable before he left.

Carlos was an amazing person to rent from. Always upbeat and happy. Very thorough. Answered all of my questions even when I was on the road. He went out of his way to rent to me during the off season. The Rpod was the perfect size and was clean and everything worked great! You should rent from Carlos too!!

Wonderful camper! Our GMC 1500 towed this camper with no problems. Enjoyed every second of this camper and Carlos is a wonderful host as well! Thanks Carlos!!

The mattress is terrible. Feels like you’re sleeping on plywood. The door had a broken dead bolt that would move towards the locked position each time the door was opened until eventually it would lock you out of the camper. I had to climb through the window 3 times to access the camper. The 3rd time I had to take the latch apart and remove the deadbolt to open the door. He said he knew about that. The refrigerator malfunctioned. It would only work while the generator was on. We lost half our food overnight. The battery would not take a charge and had to deal with no power at night. I described all of the issues to Carlos and his response was… well it’s a rental sooo you know to bad. He didn’t answer my call when I called about the lock issue and did not offer any discount. We cut our trip short. He didn’t offer a refund for returning the camper early or for all of the issues. Very poor customer service and his response was even worse. I would never rent from Carlos again. What a joke
