First time renter from the Outdoorsy community. We rented Carlos trailer for a family trip which had to be rescheduled. The host was genuine and honest and fair. Carlos was A+ is communicating with us. Response time was very quick. Rental pick up and drop off were done quickly and without any unnecessary hassle. Carlos helped us set up the hitch and gave us a great overview of the trailer when picking up. We even had a few questions that were answered after picking up with no delay and prompt responses. Trailer was in great shape. Everything worked fine including good AC. An excellent experience from start to finish. Thanks Carlos!

Carlos was amazing to communicate with very friendly and prompt with responses and understanding of timing for pick up and drop off. The camper could use some repairs, there appears to have been a screen door but it was not on when we rented it which was a bummer because it was so hot during the day and cooled off nicely at night the screen door would
have been great and the screens on some of the windows were not intact so bugs got into the camper. We were staying in an area with a lot of flies. The camper really wasn't stocked which could have been a big issue if we weren’t camping with our friends that have their own camper.
Aside from those few things. Overall, The camper was clean. carlos was easy to work with and pick up drop off was easy.

Ingrid service and explanations at pickup and return were outstanding and Carlos was ultra fast in answering our mesagaes.

Clean and roomy. We had the trailer delivered and set up for us which made for the most easy, breezy and peaceful get away!

After picking up the camper, I was followed by two men in a wrecker from Denver to Guanella pass. They were trying to repossess the camper. They blocked me on the road with their wrecker and refused to let me pass demanding I surrender the camper. I refused and eventually they let me go after I allowed them to photograph my driver’s license and gave my phone. number. We were so worried about them coming to take the camper that we came back after two days, a day early. We did not have cell service until leaving the camp. Outdoorsy was of little help and I hold them responsible to vet all their hosts to make certain nothing like this can happen. Further, I feel I should be refunded the unused day which would have gone a long way toward making this a less horrible experience. The host was actually very nice, allowing me to return without emptying the tanks. He explained it as a mistake through the bank. Obviously mistakes can happen, but this mistake was not my fault, however I am the one that paid for it in dollars and significant stress. The repo man even called me after I had returned the camper demanding I tell him where it was located. I do not feel that I was treated fairly.

Camper was perfect for our family of four to do a weekend at Wellington Lake. We had delivery and pick up done and it went smoothly. Good size fridge and a pack n play could fit. Would recommend.

Our experience had us on the side of the road with a flat and a broken axel. Luckily for us a trucker saw the flat tire and told us to pull over. Turned out we didn't just have a flat tire, we also had a broken axel. We were traveling with friends and they were of great help. The owner just told us to call Outdoorsy, but luckily our friends were able to help us. We got to our campsite on 3 tires (none of which matched). Once at the site a mechanic came out to look at it. He said the axel was bad when we left and that the trailer needed a whole new axel. It would take the week that we were there to get it fixed. As he was fixing it he told us that the other axel was also dry and had absolutely no grease. The topping on the cake was that the lighter for the stove was broken (there was a lighter in the drawer), no pot holders, no rags, no dishtowels, sponges, or dish soap to wash dishes. No hand towels or hand soap in the bathroom. We are driving almost 800 miles to camp with friends for a week, this is why we rent, I shouldn't have to bring my supplies with me that I will be needing to make my trip doable. I did ask for towels and linens for 4 people, I got 4 bath towels and sheets. This experience was horrible.

Carlos was great to work with especially being a newbie to the RV community. He made feel confident that we could do this that made the trip comfortable and relaxing. Highly recommend Carlos when renting a camper
