Everything was great with our rental, trailers, set up and pick up all went smoothly. I will use Pismo Coast RV Rentals again.

one of the back beds on the ground was in bad shape, so they couldn't sleep on it. The lights & electrical didn't work in the bedroom, ( Maybe needed fuse??) I couldn't charge phone or use the light at all to see. The knob on the kitchen faucet kept coming off

it was wonderful to drive up to my rv and find 4 camp chairs placed around the fire pit and the folding table placed under the awning next the door..Everything inside was clean and as promised. I had brought a bed topper with me because standard rv beds are usually not very comfortable but there was already a topper on the bed and it was very comfortable. everything that you could possibly need was there. This is probably one of the most relaxing camping trips I have ever taken in my life. I am a lifelong rv camper and I will definitely rent from Pismo Coast RV rentals again.

Nice trailer but most of the lights inside were not working and could not use the stove and or oven as we couldn’t get it to work. The grill outside was a life saver

We love Pismo Coast and will continue to come back. One issue that came up on our most recent trip that could have been dealt with better was when the water was shut off for an entire day and night. I would have appreciated better communication and some type of accommodation from the Park.

I'm always honest, no matter the situation, it makes one better in it all. So our family member rented with PCRVR as well , because we recommend them to our family member, as the rental company we usually rent with was booked up. Our rental experience was different, unfortunately. We didn't get all the amenities or cooking Utensils as they did. Many things were missing. Sink wasn't caulked and when washing dishes, water leaked down on the floor and all the way to the bathrooms and kids bunks. Shower was dirty upon arrival and hair and dirt was in shower when we arrived. The whole RV was dusty and not very clean inside. Outside was full of spiderwebs and chairs that were set up were ripped, but were replaced 2 days before we left. Questions on text to owners were not answered in timely me manner and sometimes not answered at all. When we did talk, when I called things were taken care of quicker. I have to say that overall they need to clean and wash RV before delivering and to look over items to insure that the RV has all the amenities as stated online. We did not get a cab opener a metal spatula to use outside on the outside grill on the rv and the outside grill wasn't primed, because everything wasn't getting cooked properly on it. The bedroom side cabinet were very dirty. Owner did provide bigger rv ,as we were new customers and renters for the first time. But I'd say overall I'd give them 3 stars. As a family run business, they need alot of help and a bigger cleaning crew. Either way , if still rent again with them, but if make sure to tell them TO CLEAN VERY VERY THROUGHLY NEXT TIME. For some reason, after the c@vid thing, people stopped cleaning well, lol.
