Everything was set up when we arrived. Thanks! My only suggestions would be hangers in the closets and a little operating manual for the trailer and the fireplace/heater.

First time customer but it won't be the last. Beautiful trailer, easy schedule and wonderful experience. Our outdoor chairs were set up around the fire ring all ready for a cozy night. Thank you.

John and Chrissy are a class act! I have been renting for the better part of ten years and everything they have is new or near new, clean, organized, and a joy to rent! It comes on time and they pickup when they say they will. They treat you like family! I wish every business ran like theirs!! A TEN!

The trailer was great. Very clean. The problem arose when we tried to use the oven and it wouldn't lite. We even had several other campers trying to help with no luck. I called John snd left several messages and finally got him to TEXT not even a call. Finally after we tried everything I called again and he had time to call us. He told us to light it manually which it finally worked. Unfortunately John hung up on us before we could thank him. It was so disappointed considering how much it cost to rent the trailer. If there was some kind of how to sheet or anything that might have helped we wouldn't have had to bother him as he gave us the impression.
I didn't realize we were also being charged $200 for the drop and pickup. We were literally just down the street. This is not the first rental we have done but it will be the last for this company. I am thinking of posting on yelp to help others

We have rented from other vendors before, but stay with Pismo Coast RV rentals for the last five years. We cannot say enough about their prompt response, quality, service, and immaculate trailers. We highly recommend.

Everything was perfect from the moment I inquired. The trailer was set up earlier than I expected. I appreciated the details, like 4 chairs, trash bags, firewood, dish soap! There were other members of our group who rented from a different company and Pismo Coast Rentals outdid them by far! Will rent from them again!

The trailer was beautiful, it was clean and set up perfectly by the time we arrived. communication was easy and everyone was very nice, because of the ease of the rental we are making a trip to Pimso a yearly thing now.

We have rented the same unit for several years in a row, and arriving with everything all set up, is like arriving at vacation home. Mike is very attentive in set up and making sure we are settled in. Can’t wait for next year!
