Our time with Dakota was epic- everything we needed, comfortable bed and nice to drive. Highly recommend!

We had the most incredible 9 days with Dorothy, exploring the beautiful South Island! We couldn't be more grateful, she is just perfect, has everything you could ever need and more - Steve & Kaylene have thought about everything! Easy to drive, easy to set up, extremely comfortable bed and just such a cosy little home away from home - we miss her already! Thank you Steve & Kaylene for allowing us to enjoy such a special, beautiful little van. The communication was seamless, pick up location was convenient, and owners were so lovely and welcoming. We had the best time and would love to see Dorothy again one day! Couldn't recommend her more!!

We had an amazing experience traveling New Zealand in a Quirky van! In a sea of campervans, our Quirky van stood out with its unique personal touches and character. We appreciated having a personal and friendly connection to the van owners, who were always responsive and super encouraging about our adventures. We will look to Quirky again when we return!

We had a great time with Kygo, but it was our host Daisy that really put magic in our adventure. We had a few questions about the van before we made our booking, and Daisy's responses were nearly immediate, helpful and inspiring.

Had a brilliant trip with Wally! Very spacious and well maintained campervan. James, from the Quirky Team, was very helpful and responded quickly to our all questions. Would definitely recommend Quirky campers AND Wally.

Had a great experience with Quirky! All was really well organised & smooth, quick communication via customer service too. Love the fact that you collect the van straight from the owners, it added a nice human touch to the rental process :) will definitely use the service again, thank you

Juniper was amazing! Loved every bit of it and it was a pity to hand her in again after two weeks. Beachtowels, towels for showering, herbs/olive oil and cleaning supplies were all provided. The owners respond really quickly. Would defintely recommend booking this van :)

Are stay with Treebeard was excellent, everything was set up superbly and I would highly recommend anyone thinking of using treebeard for their next camper holiday!

We had an incredible time in NZ and it had a lot to do with the personal touches of Quirky Campers! From all the correspondance prior to, pick up and the tour and meeting the owner, to using all the incredible features of Sedona, as first time campervan-ers everything was a breeze and we had a ball. Thanks so much for making our wonderful holiday smooth, safe, comfy and enjoyable!!

Both Petal and Shannon has been amazing. We had the time of our lives with cozy evenings by the sea and beautiful scenery when we’ve driven between places.

We has a great time in Kaewa. The facilities on the van were excellent With a full size fridge and the ability to microwave as well as use the induction hob meaning it was easy to cook what we wanted. The high standard of fittings throughout gave a luxury feel and we did use the sound system of music and occasional T via our iPad. The van is relatively modern and ability to connect via CarPlay was used every day to navigate our way along 5000 Km down the length of both islands. We had a quite a few admirers who had rented from the more standard rental companies. The communication from Quirky Campers and from Logan, the owner was excellent and any small issues or queries we had were dealt with immediately. Would highly recommend the van to anyone thinking of it.

Quirky Campers provided an easy, well supported and friendly experience when looking for a campervan. We hired the 'Mary Rose' and found Matt, the owner, to be very helpful and generous. The 'Mary Rose' was everything we needed and came with character and a homely feel which made it the perfect vehicle for sight seeing the South Island. Matt has thoughtfully equipped Mary-Rose with all the accessories for cooking and comfort, and he even helped us with a one-way drop-off. We would have loved to have continued with our travels in her, however, all good holidays must come to an end, but we treasured our time with her and enjoyed every part along the way. Thanks Quirky Campers & Matt!!

Our experience with our campervan Bertie was amazing, the extra space inside was definitely needed and appreciated, it made getting dressed, hanging out and cooking a lot easier. Very cosy and overall a beautiful van and powerful too, had no dramas going up steep hills and through the mountains. Really made the holiday

My partner and I took Monty on a 2 week south island trip in November and had the best time! The homey layout of the van was perfect for 2 people and the space is so well organised. The owner was always ready to answer any questions we had. I would highly recommend renting Monty from Quirky!
