RVan Adventures LLC. is a reputable and rapidly growing RV and Camping Van rental business based out of beautiful Central Oregon. We offer a variety of Class C's, Sprinter Vans and Travel Trailers, all with different layouts to accommodate all desires. Your hosts, Jarret and Emily Lundborg, are adventurists themselves. With six children and three dogs, our journey is forever unfolding, and our adventures change often. We love having the option to comfortably travel with 1 to 6 children and enjoy overnights in the sun, snow, or high atop our favorite mountain. We also offer Delivery. We are here to take care of all of your needs. When you pick up your RV, shop our farm marketplace for farm fresh eggs, meats, breads and much more. Please rest assured, your experience is our priority. All vehicles come fully stocked with all kitchen and cooking necessities, a coffee pot, a toaster, a waffle maker, Ziplocs, tinfoil, saran wrap, garbage bags, a fresh sponge, board games, towels, outdoor chairs, outdoor carpet, and basically are turn key ready for your adventures. We offer delivery to local areas and offer over 30 add on's if you prefer to have us set you up with all extra gear as well. Flexible pick up and drop off times are also one of our standout options. Once you book with us, I will reach out to you about a week ahead of your rental to coordinate your pickup time and also will send you virtual walkthrough videos that you may use as reference during your trip. You will also be provided a in person walkthrough at time of pick up. Please note, I work night shifts and will sometimes respond on the platform during odd hours. Thank you. Our camping trip was a few hours away. The trailer towed great, we had no issues. It was a great base for the family to enjoy and the AC worked wonderfully in 100* temps. Linens/bedding was not provided, so bring your own as well as coffee cups :) Otherwise it was stocked with the basics and we had a very comfortable stay in it. Would recommend!

The trailer was great thankful it was available. I did figure out I need a bigger camper as it was just a touch small for all we had going and we needed a little more room but will make these plans earlier next year. Thank you for experience.

Great trailer. Everything worked well and the trailer was well equipped and prepared. Staff was extremely helpful teaching me all of the usage details during the walk through.

We had a great trip overall and the RV itself was exactly what we needed. It was clean, comfortable, and stocked with most of the essentials, which made packing and setup much easier. Nate was also very nice and helpful throughout the process. We had some generator issues the first night and he was responsive and able to help us troubleshoot during the trip, which we really appreciated.

Perfect delivery. Unit as advertised.
But I guess I assumed there would be more USB ports for charging with generator off. And the master bedroom had only curtains, and the TV/mirror had gaps around it so you can see into master bedroom.

We enjoyed the RV. It ran well and was outfitted with the necessary items. It didn't have an instruction manual I could locate, which would be a helpful addition to be able to figure out how to use all the features.

Pickup and drop-off were easy and the host was super friendly. The RV was stocked full of all of the necessities including propane, toilet paper, and pillows. It drove well and had enough power to climb steep roads and pass slow traffic on the highway easily. It was well maintained and everything worked as it should. I will rent from this outfit again.

When we arrived at our appointed time, the RV was not ready and was not functioning properly. The one attendant, Mark had not been able to get the water to work. He showed us another RV and said we could take it if he got approval. I said it was a bit bigger than I wanted, but yes, we would take it. Mark went back to work on the original RV and finally got the water to flow. Since he hadn’t gotten an approval for the 2nd RV and now the water working in the 1st, Mark said we had to take it. We had concerns about this, but loaded it up and left.
Once we got to the campsite, the water didn’t work at all. I brought water in buckets to wash and flush the toilet and take a sponge bath. The next day they brought the second RV we had looked at as a replacement. I thanked them, but also let them know that as this was a family reunion, I had lost a full day and expected compensation.
When I verbalized that, there was a lot of pushback. They said I was a demanding customer, that I would not dictate what they did with their business. This happened when I “ suggested” that I would be happy with them taking care of dumping the trailer as compensation. I did dump the trailer and it was clean when I brought it back.
In addition, when asking for a 2 o’clock drop off, Mark said that would probably be fine, but I would need to send a text to Emily. I did send a text, but I did not hear back from her and should have double checked. Why I didn’t get a response I will never know. And it has been brought to my attention that a late return is something you fill out on their website. I did not know this And just followed Mark suggestion. He assumed Emelie would get back to me. I do not know if they’ll charge me a late fee.
Upon returning the RV, and communicating with the two owners and Mark through text, and Mark reading the text that I thought sending Emelie a text about a late arrival had been suggested by him, he proceeded to find me and scream in my face that I am a liar, liar, liar liar. This is what he said. I had to walk away to get out of his presence. This is one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. Yes they did the right thing by bringing me an RV that worked, but that is not going above and beyond service as they stated. This is making right an error in judgment that they made. I have all the communications that you can read. I was not trying to make trouble with the employees I was simply stating what my experience had been. I do have a witness to this, my daughter-in-law. Leslie, thank you for your review. I am sorry you have this view of your experience. We did go above and beyond for you. The business videos suggest alternate interactions from you toward our employee. I also missed you text message about a 2 pm return. I manage 30 units, am a mother to 6 kids, work night shift, and run a farm and RV business. I have it simply stated in the check out paperwork that I work nights and to be patient with communications or send a follow up message. Also, the late return is a amenity that is offered to you on your outdoorsy check out as an ADD ON option with approval. You did not purchase that and also did in-fact received a late return as you returned the vehicle 3 hours late. Why would you ever ask someone to dump your poop and pee. You can ask for compensation but to ask someone to handle your black waste is unbelievable. Good luck with your future camping rentals and I encourage you to have a bit more knowledge of camping for the future. Thank you. Take care.

This RV was is great condition and SO easy to operate! The host was helpful and friendly and answered any questions I had on where to find or operate things! Would definitely recommend!
