The black tank was not emptied. Causing it to smell extremely bad in the rv until I found a spot to dump it.

The RV was as advertised and exactly what we needed. The hosts’ comunicación was good. It was clean with nice amenities and easy to drive. It had more than we even thought it would have. One suggestion would be to have a pre printed cheat sheet about the equipment and various gages. The host did a good job explaining but there were a number of things to remember. We would definitely rent this again.

Our family (2 parents, 3 adult children) rented for 7 nights, Aug 2026. We liked the RV, but there were a few things that are worth sharing: the mattresses are VERY thin, recommend splurging for the add-on mattress topper, especially for long stays. The trailer does not sleep 10. There are three (narrow) bunk beds in the back. Top bunk on the right needs a ladder to get up in it (bring one). Master bed sleeps two. The dinette that makes into a bed might be able to sleep two, but we couldn't find enough cushions to make it into a full bed. Cushions are flat. One smaller person can sleep there on the narrow side with the cushions. The "recliner bed" pulls out and comfortably fits 1-2 kids shorter than 5' tall. Temperature control finicky.
Favorite things: it was worth it to pay for delivery and set-up. Well-stocked with kitchen supplies and games. The slide-outs are great, which makes it feel really roomy. LOVED the outdoor kitchen, great for cooking outdoors. Outdoor fridge is the size of a large dorm fridge; plenty of room inside and out for cold storage. Good sized bathroom. Very clean.

Great experience. The communication was great. The walk through of the vehicle was comprehensive and complete making the road trip easy and lots of fun. Would highly recommend.

I took a trip fairly last minute. As a newbie to Sprinters myself, I asked the hosts questions on Outdoorsy that weren’t responded to 2x over a couple months. I booked anyway. Most responses to text while traveling were fast (others un responded). A video would have been helpful as the walk thru felt speedy for this newb. Check out takes a couple days.
