This was our first time renting an RV for a road trip after years of talking about it. My family and I had a wonderful adventure seeing the stunning Hwy 101 and Redwoods sights, and stopping along the way as we decided that day, was a luxury. Michael was super friendly and very accommodating to us first timers, he thoroughly explained everything (and a handy reference binder), accessible communication for questions and was genuinely a pleasure to meet! Doing a trip as a Canadian right now means an extra $.40 on every dollar due to the exchange rate, so it hit the pocket a bit harder than I'd hoped but to no fault of Michael or Outdoorsy- simply an unavoidable ding on the overall experience of crossing the border (food, RV parks, excursions, etc). Michael was sure to offer any options we may want like extra chairs and coolers for our trip. This RV was perfect for our family of 4 including one with mobility challenges- easy to handle on those winding roads, and to pull over to soak up views yet still powerful enough to climb hills or pass on the interstate if need be. Would absolutely do it again!

Mike is an amazing host who just wants you and yours to have an amazing trip. The RV was great for a family of 5 including 2 teens. Would highly recommend this rig and this owner!!!

We had a great time, the RV was exactly what it was advertised as. Mike was very easy to work with and even scooped us from the airport because we had 2 kids and strollers and tons of luggage. He gave us a soccer ball before we left for the road because he knew our 3 year old son likes to play. Highly recommend Mike.

We had such a great time! Mike was great to work with, he answered all of our questions and was flexible with our pick up/drop off times. The RV was very comfortable and had everything we needed and more for the trip. I highly recommend Mike and this RV.

Highly recommend! The RV was perfect and Mike was very easy to work with! Outdoorsy was also very good with customer service. We took Thor down the Oregon Coast to the Redwood National Park and came back up through Crater Lake and the Umpqua National Forest. It was a wonderful trip packed with some great memories for our family of four! We are already thinking about our next RV trip.

Mike showed us every little detail of the trailer and how to troubleshoot it all. We left feeling confident about our trailer and he had everything! Just bring your truck and go! Trailer was super clean and everything worked great. Awesome time.

Mike was VERY helpful in answering my questions before and during our trip. Met with us before the trip to make sure we understood how an RV works for a newbie. Very patient. RV was comfortable and easy to use once we got the hang of it. A wonderful experience. Still makes me smile:-)) I highly recommend.

We rented this pop-up A-frame and were super excited. We have never stayed in an RV or trailer of any kind. Mike was wonderful to work with and he was extremely accomodating. However, the first night we lost power in the battery which led to the CO2 alarm going off at 3:30am. As you can imagine that was fun. Apparently, there was something wrong with the battery so this left us without the ability to use any power which meant no water, no lights, no fan to cool it down when cooking, etc.. We essentially rented a hard-covered bed and burner stove (an expensive hard-sided tent). The unit itself was really clean and it seemed as though it had all someone would need as long as the battery was functioning properly. When Mike picked up the trailer he was very apologetic but he didn't offer us a credit or anything. I emailed him a bit later through Outdoorsy inquiring of some type of refund and it has been crickets. This has left a bit of a bad taste in our mouths. I will be very wary of the next unit we rent.
