This was our first time renting an RV for a road trip after years of talking about it. My family and I had a wonderful adventure seeing the stunning Hwy 101 and Redwoods sights, and stopping along the way as we decided that day, was a luxury. Michael was super friendly and very accommodating to us first timers, he thoroughly explained everything (and a handy reference binder), accessible communication for questions and was genuinely a pleasure to meet! Doing a trip as a Canadian right now means an extra $.40 on every dollar due to the exchange rate, so it hit the pocket a bit harder than I'd hoped but to no fault of Michael or Outdoorsy- simply an unavoidable ding on the overall experience of crossing the border (food, RV parks, excursions, etc). Michael was sure to offer any options we may want like extra chairs and coolers for our trip. This RV was perfect for our family of 4 including one with mobility challenges- easy to handle on those winding roads, and to pull over to soak up views yet still powerful enough to climb hills or pass on the interstate if need be. Would absolutely do it again! Thanks for the memories we made!!
