Please request in advance and additional charges will apply.Furthermore, this RV is equipped with a freshwater hose and a sewage disposal hose. I provide disposable rubbers gloves, complementarily.No smoking in RV. No climbing on roof. No driving on gravel or sand roads, occasional side road okay. No fish processing in RV.Please understand that Pick Up Time is 3PM and Drop Off Time is 11AM. We have a very busy schedule and many times the RV is scheduled to be released back at 3PM the same day, that is why is it important that you bring the RV back to us by 11AM so the next guest can rent it without any delays.Please understand that if you want to pick the RV up before 3PM, if available, it will be an additional $20/hr for every hour before 3PM.Similarly, if you return the RV after 11AM, you will be charged $20/hr for any additional hour after 11AM.If you drop off the RV after 3PM, you will be automatically charged for an entire day at your daily rate plus tax. No exceptions.

Responsive, helpful, thorough service
Ali assisted with booking and maintained contact throughout the process. The staff and customer service were consistently excellent and responsive. Guests also praised exceptional timeliness and a thorough walk-through during pickup.
Pre-existing door latch issue
The door handle did not latch well, with screws loosening, causing discomfort and security concerns due to pre-existing damage. A screwdriver was suggested for minor repairs. However, the vehicle's cleanliness was consistently exceptional.

4.0The staff was excellent and your customer service line was always answering. The only issue was that some of the pre-existing damage made the trip uncomfortable. The door handle did not latch well and the screws kept loosening. It was a little unsettling that we could not always be sure the door was secure. I would rent from you again though and just be more cautious during the initial walk through. I would have been nice if a screw driver was also provided with the RV supplies.
