2.0We showed up to pick up the rental at 3:15 (pickup time was 3) and was told that the RV would not be ready for another 30-45 minutes - it has fuel tank issue and a slide out issue and still needed to be cleaned. We came back around 4:15 and still had to wait almost another hour. The wait wouldn't have been a big deal had we been contacted before the pickup time that there would be a delay in picking up the rental and I could have stayed at work for 2 more hours instead of waiting around for them to get the motorhome ready. Then on the trip the slide out didn't work like it should have. I would not recommend renting the motorhome named Janice - she was in fair shape - In the end all worked out - but we paid a lot of money for a semi-decent motorhome.
