No fish processing in RV.Please understand that Pick Up Time is 3PM and Drop Off Time is 11AM. We have a very busy schedule and many times the RV is scheduled to be released back at 3PM the same day.Please understand that if you want to pick the RV up before 3PM, if available, it will be an additional $20/hr for every hour before 3PM.Similarly, if you return the RV after 11AM, you will be charged $20/hr for any additional hour after 11AM.If you drop off the RV after 3PM, you will be automatically charged for an entire day at your daily rate plus tax. No Exceptions

1.5Not very good - very disappointed. Had all winter to prepare rental units for customers and failed to do so. Ongoing issues with RV delayed my trip agenda and reservations and made using the RV much more difficult than it should have been. 24 hour response line to issues is a joke - no response until mormal business hours. Even though issues with RV were apparent - sent out RV anyway. Water valve issues ( 2 times to correct), electic issues ( even though I questioned during initial checkout) was told not an issue - turned out to be a problem, water leakage issues - could not use kitchen sink as should - due to ongoing leak, window shades did not work, bathroom faucet handle continues to fall off and be inoperable. Exterior storage compartments were not workable for securing compartments - locking mechanisms would not latch and lock.
