Our 2011 Dutchman Rainier is 27.5 feet (33 feet with hitch and rear bumper). It sleeps 6 to 8, depending on how cozy you want to be. Heater and AC keep you comfortable. Full propane tanks are included with your rental. No need to refill them upon return. We add a dump fee to your rental, so you don't need to worry about dumping the tanks. You can leave that part to us.Pick up and drop off times are negotiable, but we have full time jobs to work around, as well as children in various activities.This well cared for trailer will give your family memories to last a lifetime! We appreciate you renting our trailer.Please note that we do require towing brakes. We have a hitch to use with load levelers for safety.Late return fee for any additional extra days is $150 per day, payable immediately upon return.Dry weight 4646 lbs.Front Queen bed has a memory foam topper for added comfort and is made with clean sheets and bedspread. The back bunks have a lower sheet and blanket, but you will need your own pillows and extra blankets/sleeping bags.A small, single K-cup type coffee maker is in the trailer, but bring your favorite mug and coffee/cocoa pods. The coffee maker will only work when the trailer is hooked up to power.We also have the option of adding a gas powered generator to your rental. Price is $50 per day. We supply the first 2 gallons of gas.
