Outside features a dual awning for plenty of shade, (DO NOT use when windy) LED lights, Outside TV, Outside electric cooler, and tons of basement storage.This a NON Smoking rental. If smoked in, you will loose the entire $2000 deposit and will not be refunded.Pick UP Time: Starts at 10:00 AM But you must schedule your specific pick up time with us.
