Hello, thank you for stopping by and checking out my listing.I have a lightweight and family-friendly 2021 Braxton Creek Bushwacker 17BH travel trailer, that is fully stocked and ready for your summer adventures and road trips. Braxton only weighs 2,360 lbs. making it easy to tow by all midsize SUVs and trucks through Colorado’s Rocky Mountains – Braxton pulls beautifully with my 2018 Toyota 4Runner.On the interior, Braxton makes excellent use of the space by having an expanded "wet bath" with an integrated shower/toilet enclosure, double burner stove, 3-way fridge, microwave, radio, and a four-person dinette that turns into a queen-sized bed. There are also two bunk beds that are a little bigger than a twin-size bed. Braxton is equipped with a 24-gallon freshwater tank (comes empty), a 17-gallon black water tank, and an 18-gallon grey water tank, which make it great for both off-grid camping and full hook-up camping.- Pick up:
Braxton can be pick-up as early as 4:00 PM and as late as 7:00 PM - I am happy to accommodate early pickup, whenever possible, just shoot me a message.- Drop Off:
Braxton can be dropped off as early as 12:00 PM and as late as 3:00 PM – Any drop-off after 3:00 PM will result in a $49 fee.- Towing:
2" hitch ball, a hitch can be provided for free upon request. But please make sure you have a brake controller and a 7-pin round connection. Even though Braxton is light, renters will need to have a brake controller in order to operate the trailer brakes. A wireless brake controller and weight distribution hitch with sway control can be provided for a small fee.- Orientation:

Rules and policies
- No smoking of any kind is allowed inside the trailer. Any indication of smoking will result in a $250 cleaning fee which will be taken out of the security deposit and any remaining balance will be refunded to the renter as long as there are no other overages or damages. (I would hate to charge this fee, so please do not smoke inside the trailer)
- Awning Use: Please do not use the awning during windy days, and please make sure to retract the awning before going to bed to prevent any overnight damage. Any damage to the awning will have to be assessed by a specialist and the cost of repair PLUS a service fee of $75 will be taken out of the security deposit and any remaining balance will be refunded to the renter as long as there are no other overages or damages.
- Off-roading: No Off-roading is allowed with the trailer. The trailer can be taken on country unpaved roads to reach a campsite, but not on any off-roading trails. Please reach out to discuss any specific situations.
- Dump Fee: The trailer should be returned with the black and gray water tanks completely empty. Failure to return the black and gray water empty will result in a $120 fee will be taken out of the security deposit and any remaining balance will be refunded to the renter as long as there are no other overages or damages
- Only use toilet paper provided to flush down the toilet.
- It is required to make sure the battery does not dip below its optimal charge.
- Due to smell concerns no cleaning or cooking of fish is allowed in the trailer. Plan to cook the fish outside.
- Please do not climb on the roof. Any damage to the roof/roofing material will have to be assessed by a specialist and the cost of repair PLUS a service fee of $75 will be taken out of the security deposit and any remaining balance will be refunded to the renter as long as there are no other overages or damages.
- If there is a mechanical failure or problem requiring roadside assistance, the renter should call the roads
