John reliably delivers and sets up the RV, often early with full tanks. He is easy to contact, quickly responds to questions, and is accommodating, even suggesting alternative sites.

“The General” provides excellent space for families (up to 6 people) and is often stocked with necessities and kitchen supplies. It offers comfortable sleeping and effective AC, but some minor repairs and cleanliness issues have been reported.

5.0This was our 1st time renting an RV for camping. The host properly set up the RV at the campsite prior to our arrival. It was lovely! And so happy to have had it as the humidity was unbearable! Fully stocked with all necessities. Thank you kindly!

2.0From start to finish a disappointing experience. The camper showed up late and dirty to the campsite. There was dirty bedding in the closet and along side the bed. The kitchen was not wiped down at all. When I asked about the water tank readings that showed 1/3 tank of fresh water and one full gray tank I was assured it was a sensor problem that had come along for the ride. …..on day two when we ran out of water it was clear that the readings were correct. John did send someone out to put water in the tank. All in all it convinced us that we will not be doing that again. Shame

5.0Everything was perfect. The trailer was set up when we got there and everything was explained about how the trailer worked with just a phone call. The ease of reserving a camper was great. I recommend Black Dog to everybody I talk to about camper rentals.
