Supportive, responsive, and personable host
JeanLuc was quick to respond to questions, provided local info, gave a thorough RV features walkthrough, and was available for contact throughout the trip. He even shared the manual early.
Easy to drive and well-equipped
Betty was comfortable, clean, and quiet, with all necessary amenities including an auto-extending canopy. It was easy to drive and park, and all systems (like tank dumping) were user-friendly.

5.0Our host, Jean-Luc, was very helpful in answering all of our questions and providing great local information to help plan our trip. "Betty" the RV was ready for the adventure and Jean-Luc took the time to show us the features of the RV and make sure we were comfortable with them before we departed. He made himself available to contact while we were on our trip if needed. We really enjoyed our experience! We would rent from him again. Thank you!

5.0We recently hired “Betty” for a quick trip to Lake Louise and the whole experience was fantastic. The rental process was incredibly easy from start to finish, and the airport pickup and drop‑off made everything completely stress‑free. Betty was clean, comfortable, and perfect for the drive. Overall, I highly recommend Character Campers, the convenience and service were far better than what we’ve experienced with other rental providers.

5.0The campervan was exactly as described. It ran great and everything functioned well. We truly enjoyed our trip and Betty was perfect for us. The communication before, during and after was great too and we’d love to rent from JeanLuc again someday.

5.0Our trip with Betty has been amazing. This was the first time we rented an RV and it has been an unforgettable experience. RV had all the amenities needed. We travelled with a baby and the host made sure we were comfortable. He answered all our questions before we left and was very approachable on calls too.
