This RV is ready for you to bring your adventurous spirit and a few personal belongings and go explore your world. Well equipped with all the functional stuff you need as far as well appointed seating, double refrigerator/freezer, HOT water heater and Cold running air conditioning available at the push of a button, starting up the Onan 4000 onboard generator which will provide you all the power you need for your electronics. But we do encourage you to get away from the electronics and enjoy the great outdoors. There is a roomy bathroom with stand up circular shower with enough head space for the 6 + ft tall humans. Porcelain toilet and stainless steel sink. The bed up front has a much upgraded "cool" mattress with memory foam etc.. The very comfortable bench seats to the rear of the trailer easily fold into a qn size bed or just get them out of the way, push a button and a queen size bed lowers down from the ceiling. You can actually use both queen size beds at the same time. Total sleeping capacity is 6 ppl. On the exterior there is a 22ft awning that extends at the push of a button and is equipped with LED lighting. The sound system can entertain you indoors or outdoors or both. It included a CD player, bluetooth and USB as well as FM radio. If you are staying somewhere scenic and want to enjoy the view, lower the ramp to the "deck" position and have an extended living space with a view.The RV will carry 100 gallons of fresh water. Holding tanks are 45 gallons each. The fuel capacity is 40 gallons for onboard generator and fuel station.Side by side's that have been loaded successfully.

• Trailer hitch will be provided for a "stock" height truck. If you have lifted your truck, you may need to bring the appropriate 1000lb hitch for a level ride.
• Return the RV in the same condition as when you rented it. Including Fuel Level and all inventory.
• Offroading - yes you will likely leave the paved roads. You will be liable for any "Desert Pin Stiping" or undercarriage damage.
• Empty the sewage or pay the add-on fee.
• You will be liable for any damage done to the interior or exterior of the RV. This includes damage caused by loading and hauling UTVs (Side by Side).

We can be somewhat flexible. It will depend on timing but lets chat about it.

What are the "garage" dimensions?

At a width of 96 inches the garage is 77" deep; then narrows down to 75 inches wide for another 82 inches. Total length is 159 inches. The height of the garage space is 82 when the seats are lowered and 73 when they are in the up position. There are multiple tie-downs in the floor.

We RV mostly in AZ at lakes and in the forest. We own a toy hauler but dont use it for traditional "toy hauling". Occasionally we put in a canoe or kayaks or quad for some adventure but mostly we use the ramp more as a deck; backed up to a lake or other scenic views. We do an annual trip to Lake Powell on Loan Rock Beach for a week or more. Other than that we attend Country Thunder and camp out at various lakes and desert locations around the state.
