Ashley was amazing. Picking up the van was wonderful. It was spotless and super clean with all the necessities you could ask for with cooking equipment, towels, cutlery, plates, oil, tape, hand sanitizer, fresh gas bottles etc. The treat was the (it's a secret but don't tell her) gift bag she gave us with local community goodies such as coffee, t-shirts, VanDoIt mug (check out vandoit.com they are amazing) and such. The camping chairs they have are so much fun (like swinging hammocks). We took the van on quite a journey and it performed perfectly. Do not get fooled by all those people driving Sprinters. They are diesel and do not have much power at elevation. The Ford Transit (modified by VanDoIt) is a great beast. Nice Ford Ecoboost Engine which has enough power and economy to take you anywhere. And if there is a break down ever --- you at least have a dealer and mechanic near by. Carplay worked great, and the van had enough power from the internal batteries and solar from top to easily charge up our laptops and phones. I returned the Van to Ashley today and it went very well. We covered the journey and any of the hiccups that happened. The trick to having a good trip is keeping any owner informed. We set up a WhatsApp group and had daily contact with Ashley (photos, where you are etc). It also covers the situation when you do have a problem - like a big stone flicking up on the windscreen and you needing to deal with Outdoorsy, wondering how the expensive insurance you bought for the trip from Outdoorsy works, and how to modify your trip as needed. This did happen to us, and again Ashley was great in her understanding that life happens, the van is there to be enjoyed, and how do we get back on the road quick enough to enjoy our trip.

Ashley made the rental and camping experience easy and fun! They were thoughtful, accommodating, communicative and made sure we had the essentials to camp. We can't recommend them enough, and look forward to renting from them again!

Incredible experience! Perfect for a family of four. Refrigerator, beds, ease to drive, and solar power were amazing.

This van saved our road trip! Our kids were stoked to have the space to stretch out and get comfortable, and everyone had a blast. It drives so easy (and quite) and got us through miles of snow, ice, heavy rain, sleet, freezing rain, wind - just about everything winter could toss at us. The owners are amazing to work with too - we have rented several vans in the past and they have been the most helpful before/during/after our trip. A real pleasure to work with them - we will rent again for sure!
