I want to highly recommend this camper and Carlos. From the very beginning I had what felt like a million questions before I even decided to rent, and he answered every single one without hesitation. His customer service was on another level. That same kindness and patience continued all the way through the trip. When he dropped the camper off, he took his time walking me through everything and made sure I felt confident and comfortable before he left. The camper itself was amazing and so cozy. It was light, clean, and the perfect fit for my daughter, my nephew, my dog, and me. We felt right at home. I had such a great experience and would absolutely rent from him again with zero hesitation.
