RV sleeps 8-10 people, it has 1 short queen bed, sleeper sofa that folds into a double bed (2 kids/1 adult), 2 bunk beds, dining table folds into a bed (2 kids/1 adult) and another bunk bed that is located above driver & passenger seats (holds maximum of 600 lb). Kitchen w/sink, stove/oven, double door refrigerator/freezer, microwave. Bathroom w/toilet tablets/liquids and special RV toilet paper, water & sewer hoses, are included. RV is 50 amp that runs 2 A/C units for bedroom and living area. Refrigerator works both on propane and electric. RV is expected to be returned in Clean condition or additional $300 interior cleaning fee will be charged. Black/grey holding water tanks must be emptied, fuel & propane must be returned full. Smoking inside is not allowed (if evidence of smoking is present $1500 odor fee will be charged). Trips outside of USA are not allowed. Towing cars is not allowed but small trailers. Bike rack is available for up to 4 bikes - $40. Damages: you are responsible for all damages caused by your wrong handling. Please handle our RV with care. Future renters depend on you bringing the RV back in a good condition. When we do a walk-through both husband and wife should be present. Kids must stay outside so we can train you properly on how to operate this RV. Please do not be early or late. We will be home only at agreed time.Qué incluye-RV grade toilet paper will be provided.
