Just under 24 feet, easy to drive, sleeps 4 people (2 adults in the back bed, 2 adults in the overhead). It has a new plush bed in the back. Furnace keeps it warm on cool nights, AC and powerful Maxx air fan keeps it cool in the summer. No TV or internet to distract you or your family from enjoying nature! It only has around 40,000 miles on it! No awning. No additional required or hidden fees, see add-ons below if you need help with dumping or filling on return. Please contact me to discuss details!It will speed up the approval process if you send me info on who is traveling (including pet(s)), where you are going, what RV experience you have, what camping experience you have, what you will need on the trip, and if you have experience driving large vehicles.I will consider 1 or 2 dogs (no cats or other pets) depending on the age and breed, a pet fee may be required depending on the size and coat type of the dog. Please get approval before booking! If you show up with a pet and it has not been approved then I will not allow you to take the RV.I require Coach-net RV roadside assistance with all rentals. It is $15 a day. I have reduced my price from the Outdoorsy recommended listing price in order to reduce the overall cost since I require it.Absolutely no smokers, even if they smoke outside. The smell persists. When in bear areas, windows and doors, as well as the outside storage compartment, must be closed and locked when the RV is unattended. Food must be stored inside the RV or in locking (bear resistant) containers. Do not store any food in the outside storage compartments!If the presence of a pet (without prior permission) and/or cigarette or marijuana smoke is detected a fee will be assessed from the Security Deposit ($300) to pay for Professional Cleaning. Failure to Dump Black and Gray Holding Tanks ($75 fee) Failure to Fill Gas Tank ($25 fee + Cost of Gasoline) Failure to fill propane $25 plus cost of propane. Maximum speed limit is 65 MPH. No driving off-highway/roadways. ExpressTolls Charges will be withheld from Security Deposit (ExpressToll/Switchable High Occupancy Vehicle (HOV) tag is affixed to Vehicle) Interior of the coach must be returned in the same condition you picked it up in or there will be a $300 fee subtracted from Security Deposit. You DO NOT have to wash the exterior of the RV upon return (unless its extremely filthy). Pick up and drop off times need to be discussed .
