5.0Amazing vehicle and so easy to use. The size is perfect for 4 people and can go anywhere. It is stocked with all the features and things a city dweller needs to take a trip! I would suggest making sure the vehicle has no errors before renting (e.g., tire pressure or the gray sensor) and would consider a better pick up/drop-off location.

4.0Sam was very responsive and even accommodated earlier pick up which was much appreciated! The only reason not a 5 star review is the propane and water were not full at pick up (both at 1/3). We didn’t notice until we got to the first campsite and heater wouldn’t work. So we had to find a place to refill the propane the next day along our trip. The heater worked fine after that.

4.0They are extremely responsive and patient answering questions, and the RV is well equipped and handles great. This would have been 5 stars but the heat didn’t work the last night. Other than that we loved this rental
