VEHICLE MUST HAVE A BRAKE CONTROLLER. SMOKING = LOSS OF TOTAL DEPOSIT! Please only use RV toilet paper (provided), anything else in the black tank will result in a complete loss of security deposit. Camper must be returned with the holding tanks empty, $75.00 dumping fee. Unit must be brought back clean or a cleaning fee of $250 will be charged. Please avoid from getting on the roof = LOSS OF TOTAL DEPOSIT! Please don't leave awnings out during storms or high winds, as renter is responsible for damages and will incur the cost of replacement and expenses. We ask that you please don't smoke in rental unit (it is difficult to remove the smell ) will result in loss of security deposit. If you are going fishing, please store the fish in your personal cooler (it is difficult to remove the smell from the rented unit's fridge) will result in loss of security deposit.
