We had a great experience renting from Joseph. He was so knowledgeable about the hooking up and unhooking process. We were a little nervous towing a trailer for the first time but he was able to talk us through the whole process and make us more comfortable. The trailer was perfectly clean and had some necessities included that really came in handy. Overall great experience and we would definitely rent from Joseph again!
