5.0We enjoyed the experience of staying in a VW camper van to RV the 50th state. These vans were something we'd always looked at with interest over the years. Everything was provided to use the van comfortably. Though we didn't cook in it, we drove and slept in it with ease. Pop top was super helpful on warm breezy Hawaiian nights. This is not a concours example of a VW van, but a bit of a rust bucket. That said everything condition added "patina" and didn't interfere with operation; van was safe and authentic. Mallory is living her best life at Hawaii Surf Campers.

5.0Super sweet hosts and they are on top of it and very responsive, the van is really fun, great value for such an affordable price, and this thing has so much character but is also comfy & cozy! It’s just a blast! Highly recommend!

5.0Renting this camper was the BEST decision EVER!!!!! It was perfect for exploring all of Oahu. At night we parked the camper right on the beach in the North Shore. We enjoyed wine and cheese as we watched the sunset from the back of the camper. We slept to the sounds of the ocean and woke to a refreshing dip in the ocean. Truly an incredible experience! Lucas, the owner was awesome as well! He was very helpful and such a great guy! We will def be renting the camper again! Highly recommended!

5.0We had an unreal time in the van. Lucas was super easy to get a hold of and any concerns we had he fixed them within a reasonable time. We will be back to Hawaii and will be hiring one of Lucas's vans again.
