Resumen de reseñas

Generally helpful, poor issue resolution
Joshua is praised for helpful orientation, communication, and flexibility. However, for severe vehicle malfunctions, the owner provided minimal compensation ($70).
Easy to tow, but unreliable
While some found it clean and easy to tow, it suffered severe malfunctions including a dead battery, non-functional generator, and multiple broken appliances, causing significant issues.

5.0Joshua was great, very helpful and easy brief orientation to trailer. We experienced no issues, trailer was clean everything working and easy to tow. Used a trailer hitch he provided which was reassuring. Highly recommend renting from Joshua, thank you.

5.0It was a good experience. Easy pickup and drop off of the trailer and it worked great for our needs.

1.0I waited a couple of weeks before leaving a review for this individual. I know the importance of not letting emotions get in the way of making decisions. This was my family's first official camping trip (my wife, our children, one-year-old, three-year-old, and four-year-old), and I wanted to make it something to remember. I will start by saying that I am not an avid camper, but I am a retired combat Marine engineer deployed in 2003. I am also not new to camping, as I have been on many camping trips throughout my life. I also owned a camper in my 30s and regularly took it to the beach. This was by far the worst camping experience I have ever had. On the first day, the battery did not work, which caused the refrigerator to die, leading to $400 in groceries going bad. I told myself that was okay because I paid extra for a generator. That was a good thing because that would keep the fridge on. WRONG; the generator also did not work. To keep the fridge on, I had to keep the camper connected to my truck, leading to my truck battery dying. I did not let that ruin our first camping experience. I told myself I would try to get reimbursed for the food and deal with this issue later. Sadly, my one year old suffers from asthma and we use a nebulizer to give him treatments, of course because the battery died we were not able to give our son his treatments as needed. These are just a couple of the issues we had with renting from this individual. The other issues I have listed below: 1. The outside fridge did not work 2. The door lock on the outside fridge (needed to stop multiple times to close it) 3. The machine that lowers the hitch did not work (they have a small machine that raises and lowers the hitch, and it did not work) 4. The generator did not work (continued to shut off) 5. The water indicators did not work After all that, I was reimbursed $70. SMH definitely a disappointment. •Dee

5.0This was our second time with this trailer! Perfect for a camping/motorcycle riding adventure! The bed is super comfy! We used the bunks as storage for bins…perfect! Joshua is VERY easy to communicate with. Pick up and drop off flexibility is unparalleled! Most appreciative!
