If dry camping with no power you are required to have a solar panel minimal to help save battery.
*NO AWNING USE* or Must abide by awning use rules with additional $1000 Awning Damage Deposit and use fee to acknowledge an accept use regulations. MUST PUT AWNING AWAY WHEN WINDY, AT NIGHT AND IF AWAY FROM TRAILER anytime.
Unauthorized use will forfeit damage deposit
*Clean wipe fees are minimal fee for just a wipe check through, any dirty unit is $75/hr or just non cleaned fridge & toilet or outside front self tow covered in bugs is billed min $50
*Sani dumps are $45 basic or $75 if flush needed from solid waste overload..
DO NOT PUT FOOD OR ANY PAPER TOWELS, WIPES OR OTHER WASTES INTO TOILET or SINKS. USE 1-PLY TOILET PAPER ONLY.
*Self tow $35 with orientation, MAX TOW TRAVEL SPEED 90KPH
**(REQUIRE 7 PIN PLUG & BRAKE MODULE)**
Motorhomes MAX SPEED 100KPH or RPM of 3000 especially on hills. NO GRAVEL OR DIRT ROADS EXCEPT CAMPSITES
*Insurance is mandatory on Self tow and Motorhomes.
