First, the good: The rental process and pickup/drop-off were quick and easy. The employee who met us to go over the operating instructions was super nice, excellent to deal with, very helpful, and answered all of our million questions. The RV was easy to drive and we had no real mechanical issues. Any questions/issues we had during the trip were quickly answered by text and phone. No complaints on the ease of the process, communication, and basic use of the vehicle. A+ on this front.The not so good: This RV has almost 200k miles on it and is showing wear - by itself, not a big deal (we drove 800+ miles with no real issues). These rigs are made to take mileage. But there were a lot of small things that were a pain because it isn't at all modern and isn't well stocked Very few outlets, including none in bedroom areas, so we had to buy extension cords to do anything. There are no USB charging ports, even in the dash, so I had to buy an adapter for the cigarette lighter so I could even plug in my phone for GPS while driving. It seems like such a basic and universal item should have been provided in a rig that was advertised as fully loaded. Not an expensive item, and by itself, not a big deal, but the things we had to buy/deal with added up.The AC wasn't sufficient to deal with temperatures that ranged in the mid-80s to low 90s even when connected to land power. It never got more than a few degrees cooler than the outdoor temperature until around midnight, and then heated right back up as the temperature rose during the day. We had to buy small fans so we could sleep comfortably (and plug into extension cords running everywhere). And while driving, the truck AC in the cab didn't keep us cool, even with the vents blowing right on us. It isn't comfortable sweating while you are driving between parks like we were, and you can't run the roof AC to the cabin area while the vehicle is in motion. If anyone had been sitting in the cabin area while driving, they would have sweated to death.We flew into Vegas, so we couldn't bring things like good camping chairs, plates, etc. with us, so we depended on the RV being fully set up per the listing. In addition to the regular stuff we knew we would need to buy for the trip on a stop at Walmart, we ended up buying the following items we didn't anticipate needing: USB plug adapter for cigarette lighter, paper plates, plastic utensils, extension cords for interior use, 2 fans for sleeping, a broom, pillows (there were only 4 pillows in the whole rig, even though it is supposed to sleep 8), and a can opener. Again, not the end of the world and not super expensive, but a pain to buy knowing we would have to leave most of that stuff behind since we couldn't take on a plane.

This RV has a lot of wears and tears with over 180k mileage when we rented. Many interior parts were not well maintained even though Kevin was helpful to repair/replace microwave, fan, broken doors while we were waiting to pick up RV. We are glad we safely come back our trip without any major issue with driving.

I would like to have easier access to Billing information and charges. I had mined deducted from my account without and information about what the additional charges were for. It’s kind of difficult to navigate the site and find phone numbers to contacts.
