4.0We have rented a Class B in the past and were familiar with the rv so this was beneficial. The host was very responsive and helpful when we had a few issues. The heater in the front of the van did not work and she attempted to troubleshoot the issues. Also the windshield wipers were in need of replacement and she offered to refund us the cost of them if we replaced them. Overall the trip was a success and we enjoyed our time in the van.

5.0We had so much fun in this camper van! Highly recommend reserving this one. The van is very easy to use and we were given a quick tutorial upon receiving it. Drives very smooth. The bed being able to go up and down made it very easy for us to store stuff and we loved that the chairs rotated back. Bed is pretty comfy too and fit my 6' height husband. Will definitely look to rent this van again in the future.

5.0Great experience with a great compny! Chill RV help me with every aspect that i needed, specially because i came from another country! Great experiencie, with an excellent RV with everything you need. The delivery at the point was perfect and Nikka was very helpfull explainign some of our doubts! Will rent with Chill RV again!

Are there any special tricks and tips that would help with operating the RV easily?

Yes, watch our online training videos prior to getting the RV for the best user experience. :)

How do the electric, water and sewage hook up work while setting up at the campground?
A.
We have full instructional videos available on Youtube as well as on the iPad that will come in the RV. We also have QR codes throughout the RV so you can easily access the instructional videos. The RV is 30amps but we supply all the adapters you may need.

What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?
A.
A night of reservation is 24 hours, so whatever time you pick up the RV will be the same time that the RV is due back. For example 12pm-12pm. If you would like to extend the reservation by a couple of hours, you may do so with prior notice at $20 per hour. Earliest pick up is 8:30am, latest return is 8pm.
